In-store purchases
Items purchased in-store can be returned within 7 days with the original receipt. Products must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition. Electrical items and cut materials (lumber, pipe, wire) are non-returnable.
Online orders
If something is wrong with your order — wrong item, damaged, or missing — contact us within 24 hours and we'll make it right. We may ask for photos so we can fix the problem without you having to come back to the shop.
Refunds
Refunds are issued as cash or Lynk transfer. We'll process your refund within 3 business days of receiving the returned item.
